Well you miss me? Well I'm back!
Hello fellow healthy people!
You miss me? Well I'm back
Don't think I quit living a healthy lifestyle, because that is not the case.
I still exercise, and striving to better my eating habits.
I got so unbelieveably busy, I had no time to blog. it has been a stressful past 7 months, and absolutely eventful year filled with a lot of good and some bad.
I have had two people die in the past 12 months, that I have known for a longtime. One was unexpected, and completely well loved friend that I grew up with. And the other is my husbands grandma, she passed away, she was the one we knew wasn't going to last long, even when the doctors gave her 6 months to live, we knew she wouldn't last long. What great people beat us to heaven in the race we call Life.
Let see I had 3 birthday parties to plan for, and if anyone had a clue! I'm absolute perfectionist when it comes to this kind of stuff. I go all out! I totally had my 30th birthday, and because my husband is currently in school, and working, i had to plan more of my birthday party then I ever expected. So I had 2 birthday parties in one, that was insane! I told my husband next time i'm having a birthday party I will have my party catered that was absolutely ridiculous!
To top off all that I did a lot christmas things!
Then I have had a lot health problems, weather its been being sick, sinus problems, injuries, etc..
Safe to say so far I'm clear right now!
But most of what I want you to learn from this, that despite all of that, I kept exercising. Plus guess what I'm human after all!
