  • Smart and Delicious Tortilla (Low Carb and High Fiber) Tip: Found at stores similiar to Safeway (Semi-Fancy stores) , not Fry's/Krogers.
    • Large Tortilla 100 calories each
    • Medium Tortilla 80 calories each
    • Small Tortilla 50 calories 
      • OLE Tortillas (Low Carb and High Fiber) Medium Tortillas 90 calories each Found at  Places like Fry's/Kroger

  •  Thomas's Light English Muffins 1/3 of daily Fiber 100 calories each

  • Sara Lee Light Whole Wheat Bread 45 calories per slice 2.5g Fiber

Snacks:


  • Smart Pop Popcorn from Orville Redenbacher 120calories for the entire bag
  • POPCHIPS! Yummy no preservatives, no fried, not baked, just popped!Usually 120calories per serving of 22 chips.
