My Workout
Now looking at the calorie burn for these specific workouts for my body weight, which let's face it my weight is in the 200 pounds area. Jogging causes me so much knee pain.
Hiking is my new workout, 3 times a week.
Taking my girls to the Zoo, the park, walking around the mall.
On the days it rains I'm cleaning my house, or doing a workout dvd, or Wii game.
