Well I'm here to confront the issue we all face when it comes to healthy eating and losing weight.
When eat something sugary, eat too much, eat to late, etc.. in that moment when we have realized what we have done wrong. Most think 'why do I bother, I give up'. Well no, because guess what, you have done something right you recognized an error in behavior and judgement. With that you should be able to say to yourself "I goofed, but I'm progressing, I can do better."
Also, take that moment to realize all that you have done right. Doing that, we will realize how much we have changed for the better, also how much we have progressed.
With eating healthy and excercising we won't be instant at successfully being perfect. And even when we do reach that perfection, there is that chance that we will goof up again. By then we will have learned that we are progressing as long as we keep trying, and is the true success.
We can find this useful in other things in life, like music, crafts, jobs, etc.
So don't give up, just keep trying and you will progress!
