About Me

I'm Eileen (aka Fit Mama) . I'm a stay at home mom, who is trying to lose exactly 133pounds in a year by next May. So far I've lost 16.8 pounds in 2months, and counting. I use Jillian Michaels 30Day Shred DVD to lose those 16.8 pounds, along with counting 1600 good quality calories a day. With this blog I hope to share the things that I've learned, and my progress. So follow me on my weight loss Journey.

Me after losing total 32pound 9/22/2010

 According to my weight scale I gained 5 pounds, not surprised, I just survived the Holidays . Do I look the same??
