My news years resolution is to progress. It is just that simple, as long as I'm not sitting on my butt I'm progressing. I can choose anything I want to progress in weight loss, music, art, etc. I'm progressing.
So if your new years goal is to lose weight. Change it to loose 5lbs in 2months, and once you have hit that goal make another one. Do that until you hit your overall goal.
Start small and work your way up.
